SHIPPING INFO:

U.S. ORDERS - I ship USPS first class mail with tracking UNLESS the customer pays for upgraded Priority Mail shipping.  WE DO NOT ship on Saturday or Sunday -- Shipping is done on Monday through Friday only!

Once the package has been released to the post office, I assume no responsibility for it. Once the package has been scanned as delivered, I assume no responsibility for it if the package is lost or stolen as First Class mail, these packages are UNINSURED. Any tracking or delay in receipt should be addressed with your local post office by using the tracking number on your receipt.  Package lost or stolen? Please contact your local Post Office, as once it leaves our office we have no control over the USPS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - I ship First Class International with a US Tracking #.  Any fees issued by your country are your responsibility. Once the package has been released to the post office, I assume no responsibility for it.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on orders, HOWEVER please contact me if you have any problems with your order I will be happy to get them corrected or come to some sort of solution to make it right! We have a quality control check BEFORE shipping each order for mistakes to insure all orders are sent in perfect orders! We do make an exception ONE TIME per customer, if the cancellation is made within 24 hours...
